We know that it can sometimes be daunting visiting a hospital, particularly one that you are visiting for the very first time. The Vale Hospital is located in 3.4 acres of rural parkland, in Hensol (in the Vale of Glamorgan), adjacent to Hensol Lake and Hensol Castle. This is just a 15 minute drive from Cardiff city centre, and is located just off Junction 34 of the M4.
